International Women's Day

International Women’s Day (IWD)–8 March–presents an opportunity to celebrate the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future.

About the International Women's Day

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Accelerate Action,” aligns with PRUDE Inc.’s vision of fostering inclusion, empowerment, and leadership among women from diverse backgrounds. As we commemorate this special day, we aim to celebrate the achievements of women, amplify their voices, and drive meaningful change within our communities.

Through an engaging High Tea Party, we will spotlight inspiring women leaders, community advocates, and changemakers who are shaping the future. This event will serve as a platform to educate, mobilize resources, and address pressing global and local challenges affecting women, particularly in the Greater Saint John Area. Together, we will take actionable steps toward gender equity, social justice, and community advancement.
